One to One Coaching
We regularly work on a one to one basis with individuals who require a more personal approach and who may have specific issues they want to address.
We discuss the individual’s particular training requirements and issues they need to address, then design an individually tailored programme to meet those specific needs.
The structure of these programmes usually takes the form of a training-coaching style intervention, with the trainer and delegate focusing on the individual’s key issues, working out the cause / source of any problems they may be experiencing, and then working together to identify potential solutions and skills required to tackle those issues.
This process is then followed by an agreed action plan to enable participants to go back into the workplace feeling confident to address the issues that have been discussed.
