THIS TWO-PART WORKSHOP IS FOR:
anyone who wants to learn how to put Mindfulness into practice in the workplace, enabling you to increase your focus and performance, build resilience, develop natural conflict resolution skills, improve your memory, reduce any stress/anxiety and improve health.
THIS WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED TO:
explain the fundamentals of Mindfulness, understand the benefits by experiencing some Mindful practice, give you tools to use in the workplace, enabling you to build peak performance.
THIS WORKSHOP WILL GIVE YOU:
essential Mindfulness practices to use in the workplace with an understanding of the benefits along with a personal plan to put into action, thereby experiencing the scientifically proven benefits.
THE WORKSHOP STRUCTURE:
Two 3 hour sessions, two weeks apart, enabling home practice to begin, thereby seeing the benefits in this time. Email contact available with the trainer, to give support and advice as necessary.
