THIS SIX-PART WORKSHOP IS FOR:
anyone wanting to regularly use some practical mindfulness to apply in the workplace and in daily life. It can be attended by people who have completed our Introduction to Mindfulness in the Workplace workshop, or by complete beginners.
THIS WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU:
develop and practice Mindfulness, by using meditation and other activities on a regular basis. An essential programme if you want to increase your focus and performance, build resilience, develop natural conflict resolution skills, improve your memory, reduce any stress/anxiety and improve your health.
This six-part workshop is available for booking in blocks of six weeks, and can be attended on an ongoing basis or now and again, making it very flexible.
